mycashmail.com Terms Of Service By signing up and actively using any portion of the mycashmail.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Members must be over the age of eighteen (18) years, or over the age of majority. Members may not participate in mycashmail.com in any way if they are not of the age of majority in the state, province, territory or country where they reside and/or conduct business. Members must live in a country, province, territory or other region allowed to enroll in the Program. The following is a list of countries that will be automatically denied enrollment or have accounts terminated without notice, this list may be modified by mycashmail.com at any time: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosna & Herzgovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Cote d 'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Liberia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia (including Kosovo), Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Yugoslavia and Zimbabwe. You agree to and must use your own name and one valid email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. Use of multiple accounts is not allowed. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing mycashmail.com account. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts and will be banned from our program. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. mycashmail.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by mycashmail.com be detected, it will result in member termination and possible legal action. A member is deemed inactive after 30 days of inactivity and will be terminated from our program without notice. Inactivity is defined as not clicking a valid tracking link. To cancel your account, enter the email address used to register (with your password if you were confirmed) and click on Unsubscribe. Resignation or termination of the membership results in the permanent loss of the rights to account status and all earnings. You may not attempt to destroy, alter, or copy anything that appears on this website or exists on its servers. You may not attempt to access any files that are not offered to you via hyperlinks or redirects provided by the pages on this website. We will terminate any account, which we believe, in our sole discretion, is utilizing or is otherwise connected with any fraudulent use or fraudulent activities. If a member is involved in such activities, and/or if the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason, the member will forfeit all accumulated balances and any other bonuses and has no right of claiming them or part thereof. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: mycashmail.com and it's Advertisers are not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized, nor by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of mycashmail.com. mycashmail.com and the Advertisers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of, accounts. mycashmail.com and the Sponsors are not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or members on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in an mycashmail.com promotion. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond our control or our Advertisers which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this program, mycashmail.com reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the promotion. mycashmail.com is not responsible for any invalid earnings due to a member's incompatibility with our software or typographical errors on the part of the member. mycashmail.com takes no responsibility for incorrect data, interruption of service or errors resulting in incorrect data. We do everything possible to avoid such problems but cannot guarantee that they will not occur. Any errors found on mycashmail.com website should be reported immediately to help reduce any downtime. You and mycashmail.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and mycashmail.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of mycashmail.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. mycashmail.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the mycashmail.com program, even if mycashmail.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, mycashmail.com's aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. PAYMENTS: Payments are processed on a Net-30 basis. That means payment requests are processed 30 days after the end of the month in which the payment was requested. For example, a payment request that takes place any time in January would be processed on March 1. Members may specify their preferred choice of payment method in their member area. From time to time where any particular method of payment is unavailable, payment will be held until other arrangements are made. The accumulated balance of a member may be paid out to the member in the appropriate form or may be used to purchase advertising or membership upgrades. Please note that the member’s account is not or will not at any time serve as a bank account, and as such is not insured by any other governmental or private insurance agency. Payment processing time may vary due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to; volume of requests, verification of eligibility for amount claimed, or advertiser funds availability. At no time will mycashmail.com guarantee any specific pay date as a result of the verification process, and at no time will mycashmail.com be held responsible for delays in payment. Payouts will be processed in the order they are received. Any Bonuses are paid in addition to earnings at the time your payment request is processed. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Paid For Offers (PF Offers) that the member completed in the past month may not always be immediately confirmed. These transactions are shown in the Member Account as Pending (Pend) Members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made on PF Offers until mycashmail.com has received payment from its advertisers. Advertising Policy: mycashmail.com does not accept payments for advertising of items prohibited by us or PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. Advertising is subject to approval according to our policy. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time without notification to advertisers. mycashmail.com does not accept advertising for the following: Tobacco, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, pornography, pharmacies, or firearms. Gambling, warez, get rich quick schemes, randomizers, pyramids, ponzi schemes, HYIP, bubbles, multi-level marketing programs, investment programs, matrix sites, auto surf for cash sites, forex, parked domains, or click clubs. Fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. Content that ridicules, discriminates, or attacks an individual and/or group based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, handicap, or sexual orientation. Content that contains violence, violations of intellectual property rights, or illegal, obscene, or sexually oriented products or services. Sites and/or advertising that contain invisible iframes, activeX advertisements, or auto searching scripts. Sites that are unsustainable, unethical, send links valued at 5 cents+, behind on payout, unlicensed, owned or co owned by any individual that previously owned or co owned a site that didn't pay, or on our Banned list. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or stop advertising that we feel violates this policy. If an advertisement is rejected,we require that you submit a replacement advertisement. NO refunds will be issued for rejected advertising. Foreign Assets Control Policy: In order to comply with U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, mycashmail.com does not accept payments for advertising from the following: Angola, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans, and Zimbabwe. Payments received will be refunded immediately. SPAM: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with mycashmail.com and may result in legal prosecution. mycashmail.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. mycashmail.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
